Music Through Life

Created by a board-certified music therapist, each set contains a DVD and a booklet centered around a theme. All of the music is provided by the music therapist on the DVD and the booklet ties it all together with discussion questions, trivia, and suggested activities. By following the simple instructions in the booklet, you are able to create your own interactive therapeutic music session!

What is Music Therapy?
Music therapy is a profession in which a trained and skilled music therapist uses music to help clients maintain or improve their health and functioning level. Music therapists determine clients' social, physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, set goals, and design music sessions and experiences to help meet those needs and goals. Music thereapy has been shown to:
