MindStart is having an anniversary! We want to celebrate our 5 years of helping people with Alzheimer's or other form of dementia to stay active, through a fun photo contest (with a prize!) - but we need your help!
Take a photo of of the person doing a favorite activity, along with a brief description, and share it on our MindStart Facebook page or email it to [email protected]. Then watch for the announced winner next week. The winner will receive a $25 discount code for shopping MindStart products - perfect timing for that holiday shopping!
The photo can include just the activity (without picturing the person if you prefer). All photos will become the property of MindStart to use, as needed. If taking photos at a workplace, the professional submitting it must ensure all privacy rules are being followed when submitting the photo.
