"Good activity  for low functioning seniors"

Therapist Tip: Hands on activity products provide cognitive stimulation to patients, such as: eye-hand coordination; sequencing; problem solving; and fine motor finger  skills. The repetitive nature of lacing activities is especially good for adults or seniors who are low functioning due to Alzheimer's or other dementias, stroke, or head injury.  The lacing cards are easily portable and can be used at home or during outings to avoid restlessness or inactivity.

Look and Lace
My mom has enjoyed the look and lace cards. It is something she can do on her own. When I go visit I will unlace the cards. The next day she has completed all 4. She especially loves the card with the baby. I am always looking for something she can do to experience success on her own. This is an activity I highly recommend.

My Mom has enjoyed the products. They are made of high quality materials and bright pictures. She loves to comment on the pictures and the laces keep her hands busy. She laces...I unlace as we talk. She has always enjoyed sewing and this seems to help her connect to that!!

My mother in laws enjoys these thoroughly. She gets excited about the lacing and explains to me how she does it. She also likes to mix in some beads we got with another set. She talks to the smiling baby and kisses him calling him grandson
